GENERAL FEATURES

LIGHTS

• Top lighting, alongside filtering ceiling, consisting of 8 light fixtures (4 per side) at an angle of 45°, 32 tri phosphor high efficiency 58 Watt neon tubes, XL series, daylight, IRC85, tot. 1.856 Watt.

FLOOR

• Concrete floor with central air exhaust pit with 2 adjacent rows grates L = 5.00 m. W = 1.56 m., complete with vertical supports and longitudinal steel profiles to support the grating. The grating surface is composed of 10 welded galvanized steel grates, mesh 34×76 mm x height 40 mm, static load capacity 800Kg/wheel print.
• Under grating filters for exhaust air in a double layer, placed on wire mesh containers. First layer material: high efficiency and holding capacity fiberglass with thermosetting resins, EUROVENT EU3 classification, self-extinguishing class F1 according to DIN 53438. Second layer material: high efficiency polyester fiber, Euro vent EU4 classification, self-extinguishing class F1 according to DIN 53438.

HEATING/VENTILATING UNIT

• Heating/ventilating unit with galvanized panels, centrifugal fan with forward curved blades, 5,5 kW air intake motor; pocket pre filters self-extinguishing class F1 according to DIN 53438, filtration Euro vent EU4.
• Fan maximum airflow: 19,700 m³/hat a pressure of 580 Pa.
• Painting temperature: 20°C with outside temperature 3°C
• Heat exchanger with 4 smoke passes, high performance, specially shaped combustion chamber. single-flame oil burner 135 kW.
• Booth heating unit with partial air recirculation on bake phase.

ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL

Power Supply:

• Motors 400V/3/50Hz – three-phase
• Lights/burner 230V/1/50Hz – single-phase
• “EASY CONTROL-LT” automatic electric control panel recessed into booth front, direct motor start, with 1 control unit for painting and drying phase, operation hour-counter. Electric wiring from electric control panel to the users with flexible high insulation flexible cables.

INSTRUMENTS AND SAFETY DEVICES

• Colored Scale Manometer to indicate pressure inside the booth.
• Flow switch to control air flow.
• Manual reset safety thermostat.
